Not too many people get to experience what it's like to live until you hit triple digits.
But Cary Sangers has not only done that, she has also gone one better.
Cary celebrated turning 101on December 28 at her South Croydon care home and she even gave out the secret recipe to a long and happy life.
"It is all down to being very active and a lot of dancing since I was 13 years old," she said.
So how did she celebrate?
With a bit of singing, a lot of dancing, and of course a delicious birthday cake.
