A new map shows where the worst hit areas for flu are in south London, Surrey and north Kent amid fears about the outbreak of the potentially deadly Aussie flu.
The Flusurvey map monitors and regularly updates the numbers of flu cases across the UK.
The map shows that the worst hit areas nearby are:
Kingston
Epsom
Sutton
Morden
Bromley
Dartford
Gravesend
The UK Flusurvey was launched in 2009, during the swine flu pandemic, and is part of a Europe-wide initiative to monitor influenza-like illness activity.
This information is more relevant today because of the recent threat of a deadly Aussie flu hitting the UK after a death in Ireland.
The symptoms of Aussie flu are more severe than a normal flu and can cause pneumonia and other complications.
You should start recovering from flu in about seven days, but if it lasts longer than it could be a sign of the more serious Aussie flu or the H3N2 subtype.
Those most at risk are the over 65s, pregnant women, young kids and those with chronic conditions - like diabetes, lung and heart disease.
Over 70 people in Ireland were hospitalised with flu over the new year period.
See the map below to see if there are many cases of flu where you live.
