A Croydon man has been charged by police in relation to the hit and run which killed a 16-year-old girl in July.
Stuart Abbs, 39 of Court Wood Lane was charged on December 6 with failing to stop after a road accident and being the driver of a vehicle involved a road accident who failed to report that accident.
The charges relate to a collision in Pixton Way, Croydon, on July 2 that killed 16-year-old girl Nicole Davis.
Abbs is due to appear in Croydon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit remain keen for witnesses to come forward following the incident.
