Croydon is one of the worst boroughs in London TV Licence evasion, according to a new data released last week.
While Enfield ranked number, Croydon wasn't far behind in second place.
Out of the 28,000 people across London who were caught watching live TV or BBC iPlayer without a TV Licence between July 2016-July 2017, 1758 of those came from Croydon
Phil, a London Enquiry Officer who makes visits across London, said: "A lot of Londoners reside in access controlled addresses, such as buildings with a concierge or a private lobby.
"But that’s no reason for these residents to think we can’t visit them – we find the staff in the concierges or management companies responsible for these sites to be of great assistance in arranging visits for our Enquiry Officers.
"Each year we visit every London borough, and by arranging access to controlled addresses we can be sure to visit all of the addresses in London we need to.”
