Rifles and handguns were among a number of firearms seized after police raided a home in Wandsworth this morning (September 28).
They also removed several other items, including a rocket-propelled grenade, pipe bombs and grenades.
Three men, aged 32, 41, and 45, and a 33-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of possession of firearms and have been taken to central London police stations where they currently remain in custody.
Officers from the Met’s Trident and Area Crime Command searched the address at 2am this morning as part of Operation Viper, with support from specialist firearms officers.
The items seized have been analysed and assessed as non-viable.
