A man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash on the A3 at Tolworth.
The single car crash happened in the early hours of Wednesday, March 22, when a silver Peugeot hit the central reservation and overturned.
The passenger, a woman in her 20s, was taken to hospital but died of her injuries.
Nicholas Tay, 25, of Francis Crick Road, Guildford has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving an uninsured vehicle.
He will appear at Staines Magistrates' Court on October 17.
