Hampton Sports and Fitness Centre is offering free yoga and spin classes, along with a free fitness challenge.
Up for grabs at Shene Sports and Fitness Centre are free yoga and express classes, as well as a fitness challenge.
Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre has free general swimming for children, fitness tests, a correct lifting technique workshop, and an outdoor boot camp.
Pools on the Park is putting on a rowing challenge, a moonlight swim and mini health MOTS.
Whitton Sports and Fitness Centre is going to have a free Yoga glass and all of the centres are offering members the opportunity to bring a friend for free.
