Block of flats caught fire in Hulverston Close, Sutton
An investigation has been launched following a fire at a block of flats in Sutton.
London Fire Brigade were called to Hulverston Close in Sutton at 1.18 am on Sunday morning.
One man was rescued wearing a breathing apparatus and was treated for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.
A flat on the ground floor was left damaged.
Sutton fire station sent two fire engines and 10 firefighters to the incident which was under control by 2.05am.
