Wandsworth woman steals nearly £70 worth of smoked salmon from Waitrose
A Wandsworth woman who stole nearly £70 worth of smoked salmon from Waitrose was given a four week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
Samantha Roche, 36, of Nightingale Lane, stole £67.86 of the fish at the upmarket food store in Queenstown Road on August 20.
Along with paying back the money, Ms Roche must wear an electronic tag for four weeks.
She was sentenced on August 22 at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court.
