A woman suffered minor injuries yesterday after being robbed on Green Wrythe Lane in Carshalton.
Her attacker reportedly fled the incident on the back of a motorcycle.
Police were called to the scene at 2.27 pm yesterday, August 17.
The victim was in her 40s.
A Met spokesperson added: “The victim was stood at a bus stop when a male grabbed a chain from her neck and made off on the back of a motorbike which was stopped in the middle of Green Wrythe Lane.”
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
