A man and woman who live on the same street in Mitcham have been charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy.
Adetokunbo Adeleye, of Shropshire Close, is charged with raping the child between July 1 and December 31 in 2014.
He is also accused of sexually assaulting the boy and causing him to look at an image of someone engaging in a sexual activity.
His co-defendant Dorothy Appiah, 40, is also accused of causing the child to look at an image of someone engaging in sexual activity, and of causing the boy to engage in sexual activity.
She lives on the same street, but in a different property to Adeleye.
The pair appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on August 9. The case was sent to Kingston Crown Court.
They will next appear in court on September 5.
