The man accused of murdering Sabrina Mullings in Upper Norwood will appear in court early next month.
Ms Mullings, 38, was stabbed to death at her home in Ravensdale Gardens at around 6am on Monday, March 13.
Ivan Griffin, 23, also of Ravensdale Gardens, was found with stab wounds in Walworth Road, Southwark, at 4pm the same day.
He was due before the Old Bailey on Tuesday, March 21.
However, the Old Bailey confirmed he was not produced at court after confusion was caused by the number of aliases Mr Griffin used, and officials were unable to track down which prison he was being held in.
The trial date is set for September 4 at the Old Bailey.
