Refreshed plans have been launched to develop villages in Richmond after consultations with residents.
Over the past three years the council have worked on supplementary planning documents for the character and design of Hampton, Hampton Hill, Hampton Wick and Teddington.
The programme was launched last year after developing the final drafts of the SPDs after community walkabouts, drop-in sessions, question time events and online surveys.
All the information gathered through this process has been used to refresh the local village plans and develop village planning guidance documents for Hampton, Hampton Hill and a joint one for Hampton Wick and Teddington.
The plans transform the vision into planning guidance that the council, residents, and other land owners should take into account when considering development proposals or making planning applications in those areas.
