It's the day chicken lovers have been waiting for
Fried chicken lovers rejoice: a new KFC is set to open in Thornton Heath.
The fast food restaurant opens in London Road on Monday (June 26) and is giving away something special to commemorate the occasion.
The first 100 customers to arrive at the restaurant for its midday opening will receive a free, limited edition t-shirt and will get a free meal (up to the value of £5).
Thornton Heath’s only KFC had closed its doors in February due to “commercial reasons” but it seems like the Colonel just couldn’t stay away.
The restaurant is located on 744-746, London road and has already has 20 team members on board.
