A crash involving a horse box on the M25 is delaying people trying to drive to Epsom Downs.
The crash occurred near junction 8 near Reigate around 9:15am and completely shut down the M25 anti-clockwise.
Traffic was diverted via the slip roads with delays of around 45 minutes.

Surrey Police were at the scene of the crash and the M25 reopened around 10:45.
The horse is safe and was seen being taken away across the motorway bridge.
