Jobseekers and staff have been forced to evacuate Croydon Jobcentre this morning.
Workers at the building in Dingwall Road suspected the leak at around 7.45am today (Tuesday, May 2), which was confirmed by contractors dealing with heating on the site.
A spokesman for the Jobcentre said it would remain closed until the end of the day, with service users redirected to nearby Jobcentres in Purley and Thornton Heath.
