Officers have released further images of men they wish to speak to after an apparent unprovoked attack in Epsom town centre left a clubber needing surgery for a broken jaw.

The victim, a man in his 30s, also had to have a wisdom tooth removed and a metal plate inserted in his face, after the attack in March.

A group of men reportedly attacked the victim, a man in his 30s, from behind, after he left the Boogie Lounge with his friends last month.

Police say the victim was struck to the mouth and taken to the ground near the junction of Waterloo Road and Epsom High Street at about 1am on Saturday, March 25.

A group of men, described as being black, were seen to leave the scene heading in the direction of the Clock Tower, a spokesperson for the force said.

From last week: Surrey Police release CCTV images after group of men break clubber's jaw in unprovoked attack outside Boogie Lounge in Waterloo Road, Epsom

Surrey Police last week released CCTV images of some men they would like to speak to in connection with the attack.

Your Local Guardian:

Today (Thursday, April 27), the force released another image of three men it says may have information relating to the attack.

Detective Constable Eloise Lock, from East Surrey CID, had said: “The victim had enjoyed a good night our clubbing with his friends before sustaining a broken jaw in this unprovoked attack.

“Surrey Police does not tolerate this type of behaviour and we need the public’s help to find those responsible and bring them to justice.”

A spokesman from the Boogie Lounge said: "This incident had nothing to do with Boogie Lounge."
