A Battersea woman who has been on 73 first dates in two years is hoping to find love on dating show Take Me Out this weekend.

Anna Heaton was on the ‘Flirty Thirty’ Take Me Out last Saturday and will appear again this weekend (April 29).

The 28-year-old dedicated dater told Wandsworth Guardian she goes on around three dates a week.

She said: “I’ve tried dating via apps, online, speed dating, meeting on nights out, set-ups by friends-even my mother- and thought TV would be the next thing to try.”

Anna, a project manager at a digital agency, describes herself as “very organised” and is still single so “open to offers”.

On her ideal guy, she said: “He’s got to be tall with a rugby player physique. I like a posh boy with a pink shirt, nicely dressed and someone that doesn’t take themselves too seriously.”

After so many dates, Anna has a few tales to tell – some of them vomit inducing.

She said: “I was once taken for dinner to a cheese fondue restaurant and I forgot to tell the guy I was lactose intolerant before the date.

“I ate it to be polite and was later sick in the restaurant toilets.”

Anna will be on ITV at 8pm on Saturday, April 29.
