Police are hunting for six suspects after a man was stabbed in Mottingham.

Officers were called at 5.54pm on Thursday to reports of an altercation between a large group of men in Kimmeridge Road.

Both police and London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended and found a 20-year-old man with stab wounds.

LAS took the man to a south London hospital and his injuries are not described as life-threatening or life-changing.

Officers, including a dog unit, searched the area for the suspects or weapons but none were located.

It is believed there were six suspects, all described as white males, who fled the scene on mopeds.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
