A man has been charged with the murder of Rene Richardson in Plumstead.
Lennox Appiah, 23 of Plumstead was charged yesterday (Thursday, April 13), after 24-year-father Rene Richardson was hacked to death on Monday, April 10.

He will appear in custody at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Saturday, 15 April) The Metropolitan Police’s Homicide and Major Crime Command continue to make enquiries.
Officers are now trying to locate a black Mercedes - registration number KY14 ZFK - which they believe is important to the investigation.
Detective Chief Inspector Diane Tudway said: "I am appealing to anyone who has seen this black Mercedes or knows of its whereabouts to contact my team with any information.
"While we have charged a man with Rene's murder, it is imperative we locate this car."
