At least two more animals have been found decapitated over the last two days, growing concerns that the Croydon Cat Killer is on the loose again.

SNARL (South Norwood Animal Rescue Liberty), were called to two separate incidents, of a cat in Redhill and fox in Bromley found decapitated, in a similar fashion to previous victims.

Tony and Boudica Rising, who set up SNARL in 2014, left a post on their Facebook page which read:

"Tony and local police attended an incident in Redhill, RH1 today (Tuesday) after a cat's body had been found.

"We sadly confirm that the cat's injuries are a match to those seen on previous, confirmed victims of the M25 animal killer (also called the Croydon Cat Killer).

"The cat's owners have been notified. No further information will be released at this stage. Our thanks to local Cats Protection who notified us and to local police who were quick to respond.

"Our thoughts are with the person who found the cat and the cat's family. Rest in peace little one xx."

This comes after a long-line of mutilations by the unknown perpetrator – who has been killing and dismembering cats since 2015.

A £10,000 reward is being offered by animal rights charity Peta and Outpaced for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
