A court appearance for a man accused of forging his murdered ex-partners will has been delayed again.

Robert Webb, 53, is accused of forging the will of Robyn Mercer, who was found bludgeoned to death in her front garden of on March 14, 2016.

The couple lived together in Abbey Walk, Walton Road in West Molesey.

Webb was charged with fraud by false representation regarding the alleged falsification of Ms Mercer's will on or before September 20, 2016.

Webb was due to appear at Kingston Crown Court last Tuesday, March 28 to make a plea, but the hearing was delayed until tomorrow.
