A man wanted on suspicion of robbery, theft, burglary and assault on a police officer has been arrested.
Police in Croydon, Sutton, Merton and Lambeth were hunting Alexander Mickelle, 19, in connection with a series of offences throughout winter.
These included a burglary in Valley Road, Streatham, on July 28, assault on a police officer with intent to resist arrest in Worcester Park on September 2, and a robbery in Gibson Hill, Norbury, on November 9.
He was also wanted in connection with the theft of three motor vehicles in Central Road, Worcester Park, on June 4, in Baldry Gardens, Streatham, on December 10 and in Oxtoby Way, Streatham, on December 14.
He was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning and remanded in custody.
