Tooting man cleared of rape charges
A Tooting man has been found not guilty of two charges of rape.
Lee Spice, 28, was found not guilty by unanimous verdict on December 21 in Guildford Crown Court after a "traumatic" two and a half years.
Mr Spice was first arrested on May 21, 2014, and was on police bail up until the verdict.
Mr Spice describes being cleared as the day he "got his life back".
