Police are appealing for help to find a cyclist who has been flashing at women in the Hersham area of Walton.

Two incidents happened on October 11 between 7.45am and 8.10am.

In the first incident, a 33-year-old woman was approached in Mayfield Road by a man on a bike, who stopped beside her and indecently exposed himself.

A short time later in Arch Road, a 37-year-old woman was walking through a tunnel and saw a man stand up on a bicycle and flash her.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged in his early to mid-20s and of slim to average build who was riding a white bicycle.

He had short dark hair, stubble on his face and was wearing light grey tracksuit bottoms with a grey sweatshirt.

PC Carl Aplin said: “We believe that these offences are linked and want to locate the suspect as soon as possible.

“If you were in the area at the time of either of the offences and think you saw the incidents or noticed anybody acting suspiciously that matches the description please contact us immediately.

"We take all incidents of this nature very seriously and information you have could help us identify the perpetrator and bring him to justice.”
