A man has been charged with assault following a CCTV appeal by the Metropolitan police.
Clive Martin, 48, from Cumberland Street, Pimlico, was charged with assault by beating on Thursday, August 18.
He attended Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday, August 19 where he was bailed to appear at the same court on Friday, November 18.

The force released footage showing a man arguing with a 25-year-old shop assistant at a petrol station in Queenstown Road, Battersea Park earlier this year.
The attendant had challenged a man he suspected of stealing from the store. Following the row, off camera, the suspect punched the 25-year-old in the face before fleeing on a bicycle towards Chelsea Bridge.
The victim did not need medical attention after the assault, which happened at about 5.25pm on Wednesday, May 11.
