Part of a Battersea road was closed this morning after a motorcyclist came off his bike this morning.
Metropolitan Police were called to Battersea Park Road by the London Ambulance Service at 8.41am on Tuesday, May 10 after reports of a crash between a motorcyclist and a pedestrian.
The motorcyclist and the pedestrian were taken to hospital in south London with non life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
Battersea Park Road was completely blocked westbound near Bridge Road after the accident just after 8am.
Wandsworth police tweeted a photo showing the injured motorcyclist being attended to in the road.
A police spokesman said the injuries were not thought to be life threatening and the road would “reopen shortly”.
