With her positive messages about life Beulah Junior School pupil Suranne Grandison is on her way to becoming an internet star.

The nine-year-old’s most popular clip about why people should use their talents and show the world what they can do has racked up almost 300,000 views on Facebook in just over a fortnight.

Other videos include tips about writing down goals for life to be looked at in five years time and prayers for the world.

Suranne said: "I feel really good and happy so many people watch my videos.

"I feel like I'm making a difference in people's lives and making them feel really good.

"I'm going to do more videos to make them feel happy."

Her mother Erica, 41, of Livingstone Road, Thornton Heath, also posts videos online, offering fashion tips, and is delighted her daughter's efforst have proved so popular Mrs Grandison said: "She was a bit surprised because she did not know that people would look at her videos and want her to do more.

"I’m very proud.

"I have done some videos but nothing like hers. They really motivate me.

"Mine are more about fashion and they get about 2,500 hits each as I don’t know if people like clothes much.

"I’m not jealous of her."
