A burlesque fitness dancer is starting up new classes and plans to use an innovative show accessory invented by her mother who appeared on Dragon's Den.
Fay Stevenson’s mother Ally Stevenson invented stoppers that prevent high heels from sinking into soft surfaces such as muddy grass at the races.
Ally, the founder of Clean Heels, was the first entrepreneur to walk away with investment on the new series of Dragons Den earlier this year.
Dragon's Den stars Deborah Meaden, Ally Stevenson and Kelly Hoppen
Now Fay, 27, is setting up her own company called Burla Fitness and starting burlesque fitness classes at the David Lloyd in Epsom.
She said: "I’m an entrepreneur and I hope to franchise the business. I’m trying to follow in my mother’s footsteps.
"I’m trying to get this business up and running so she has been giving me lots of helpful advice. I will be using her heel stoppers for classes."
