A man is banned from entering parts of Cobham and from associating with four other men after being issued a criminal behaviour order.
Nicholas Wilkins, 45, from Cobham, was issued the order at Staines Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, January 22.
The interim order expires on March 30, and prevents him from causing alarm, harassment or distress to any person in the county through his behaviour.
He is also prevented from associating with Brian David Batchelor, 63, Kevin Ashley-Barker, 53, Andrew Thomas Walker, 52, or Simon Peter Edward Harrison, 52, in any public place in Surrey.
If he breaches any condition he can be arrested.
