Commons speaker visits Ernest Bevin College in Tooting
House of Commons Speaker John Bercow visited sixth formers at Tooting’s Ernest Bevin College.
Sadiq Khan invited Mr Bercow to drop into his old school on Thursday, December 4.
Pupils from Burntwood School, Graveney School, Chestnut Grove Academy and South Thames College also attended to hear about the challenges he faces as the Speaker to remain impartial and encourage healthy debate in the House of Commons.
