Firefighters mopped-up split fuel after a car crash in a high street last night.
Epsom crew commander Mark Lepage said they were called to a road traffic collision in Banstead High Street at 6pm.
Mr Lepage said: "We went to make sure the scene was safe because the car was leaking fuel."
He said they used Environment Agency pads to absorb the fuel and safely disposed of them.
