The sun shone as friends of a Streatham breast cancer survivor got together to raise awareness of her foundation.

Jane Hutchison welcomed about 20 friends and colleagues to Selfridges department store in London for a photo opportunity as part of a breast cancer awareness campaign on Sunday, May 18.

Shots taken on the day by photographer Richard Chambury will form part of an art exhibition later this year by Miss Hutchison’s foundation called the Hello Beautiful Foundation.

Attendees, from Wimbledon and Streatham, held individually hand-decorated round wooden sculptures shaped like breasts, which will also make up the exhibition at a venue to be confirmed.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago aged 35, Miss Hutchison, of Ellison Road, Streatham, decided to set up the Hello Beautiful Foundation.

She has worked tirelessly since to raise awareness and funds for charity.

She said the purpose of the foundation is to achieve a better understanding of breast cancer and in the process educate the community on the benefits of living a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle.

The Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design graduate is one year in remission.
