One of Sutton's biggest employers held a charity cake sale to raise funds for the Diamond Riding Centre for Disabled Riders.

Two catering staff from Reed Business Information (RBI) posed as Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood from the Great British Bake Off to judge their staff's entries before the sale.

RBI, based in Quadrant House in Sutton, a provider of business information, data and marketing solutions, is aiming to raise £5,000 to buy and sponsor a horse that is suitable for disabled riders through the sale, a raffle and a football tournament in June.

RBI’s Charity Development Executive, Julie Lever, who organised the event said that RBI has been supporting Diamond Centre for about eight to nine years, as it is "a charity [they] really work well with".

Eventual winner, Dawn Hartwell, who impressed the judges with her Millionaires’ Shortbread said: "It was such a surprise. I just made the cake to sell it."
