Four-legged friends are being sought to join a sponsored walk to raise funds for Woking and Sam Beare Hospices.
For a second year, pooches and their owners can take on the one mile route through Brooklands community park.
Spring spaniels Ollie and Charlie and miniature Yorkshire terriers Timmy and Squiffy tested the route with their families on July 29, to ensure it was suitable for dogs and owners of all ages.
Anita Avery, Ollie and Charlie’s owner and fundraiser at Woking and Sam Beare Hospices, said: “It’s set to be a fun day out for all the family, and it’s great to have an event where we can include our canine friends who are such a big part in their owner’s life.”
The event, sponsored by Pet Doctors, will take place on October 13, starting at 10am.
Every participating dog will receive a certificate upon completion of the route and a best in show competition, dog tombola and refreshments will also be on offer.
