A family has been using their neighbour’s toilet after their new external "box loo" went wrong.
As part of the £22m Decent Homes programme, by Sutton Council and Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP), Amie Pulfer’s family had a new toilet craned onto the back of their house in the St Helier Estate in December.

However, the toilet started to block last Sunday, August 4, after a drain collapsed.
Mum-of-four Miss Pulfer, 33, said: "My kids can’t go out in the back garden as underneath the pod is sewage.
"It’s starting to smell - I had to shut the door. I can’t use the washing machine as it’s connected. There was sewage coming up the bath tub."
SHP made an emergency call out to their home during the night it happened.
They later identified the collapsed drain which needed substantial repair works.
A spokesperson for Sutton Housing Partnership said: "A chemical toilet was supplied to the family as a temporary measure but this was not delivered as quickly as we would have hoped.
"We have apologised to the family for the delay and can confirm that the works were carried out and completed on August 8. A SHP surveyor will be visiting the resident this week to ensure the issue is fully resolved. "
