Learning how to save a life and how to call 999 were just some of the skills being taught at the New Addington health fair last week.
Visitors also received CPR training
The day of fun and learning was hosted by London Ambulance Service took place at New Addington Community Centre in Central Parade.
Activities included, CPR demonstrations, free health checks, face painting and learning life saving skills.
There were also stalls with information from the British Heart Foundation, London Fire Brigade and Hear Us mental health charity.

New Addington Councillor Tony Pearson attended the event on Friday, with his grandchildren Connor and Ellie Lockhart, aged six and four.
He said: "The event was really well attended, the staff were teaching our grandchildren how to make a 999 call, how to do heart massages, real skills that can save lives, it can make a big difference.
"It was good partnership work, Pathfinders were there as was Brenda Kirby Cancer Care as well as London Ambulance, it was a really good event and I look forward to the next one."
