A motorist killed in a road traffic accident on the A3 last Friday has been identified as a 69-year-old man.
Edward Thomas, from Surbiton, died when the blue Ford Fiesta he was driving collided with a lorry while travelling southbound between Hook and Esher at 12.35pm.
The collision caused two lanes of the road to be closed for several hours.
Anyone who saw the incident happen, or the events leading up to, should contact Surrey Police's Collision Investigation Unit on 01483 639922.
