Win tickets to see Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Leeds Castle
4:18pm Monday 9th July 2012 in Vibe
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra returns for a third year to perform this summer at the Open Air Classical Concert, at Leeds Castle, and News Shopper has got hold of five pairs of tickets to give away.
This year’s eclectic programme includes a special appearance from The Military Wives Choir, the product of the BBC Two reality show ‘The Choir’ who more recently leapt to the top of the singles chart with Gary Barlow and his Commonwealth Band’s jubilee anthem, Sing.
The diverse classical orchestral programme, interwoven with specially selected choral and solo pieces includes the visual spectacle of military musicians, field guns, superb fireworks and iconic aircraft displays.
John Rigby is welcomed back to conduct the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in an inspiring outdoor programme of classical favourites which constantly delights audiences worldwide. Chris Hollins, recognised as one of television’s most popular presenters, takes up the role of narrator.
Displays by nostalgic aircraft such as the Spitfire, Hurricane and Mustang will take place in tandem with rousing music from the military band, the Central Band of the RAF.
The show is on Saturday July 14 and gates open at 4pm. Tickets cost £35 for the picnic style area and £45 in the seated areas. For more information and to buy tickets, visit heritageevents.co.uk.
To be in with a chance of winning one of the five pairs of picnic style tickets, answer the following question:

a) Robbie Williams
