Cornwall’s ambassador of comedy Jethro takes his West Country wit on tour once more in a For Adults Only stand-up show.
The comic, real name Geoffrey Rowe, has been a feature of the comedy circuit for more than 20 years, making his first of nine appearances on The Des O’Connor show in 1990.
With his own uniquely irreverent style of delivery, Jethro is one of the country’s most recognizable comedians, as he regales audiences with cheeky anecdotes of his career, which includes clay pigeon shooting, playing rugby, and singing for the St. Just and District Operatic Society.
Jethro’s latest show promises more tear-jerking tales featuring his mate Denzil and other renowned friends which combine to provide an enjoyable evening’s entertainment of comedy and storytelling from the Cornish master.
Be sure to hold onto your seats, hats and horses as you are entertained by one of the funniest story teller’s to date.
Jethro, Fairfield Halls, Park Lane, Croydon, April 24, 7.30pm tickets £19, call 0208 688 9291
