Dancing shoes will be needed at this year's Purley Festival, as the organising committee announce a dance filled finale weekend.

Four acts have so far been confirmed for the weekend's line up, with further acts to be announced in the coming weeks.

Blue Sky Dance Company are performing on the Saturday. The youth group will be presenting a combination of street and contemporary moves, while their adult group perform on the festival's final day.

A highlight on Sunday is the Intergenerational Dance Project who will showcase 12 hours of dance practice to those eager to practice their moves.

Coordinated by local dance artist Gemma Coldicott, the performance and dance session with aim to get Purley moving.
