It’s time to get making your mind up if you want a taste of eighties fun because Cheryl, Mike and Jay, formerly of Bucks Fizz, are heading to Epsom in November.

Three-quarters of the 1981 Eurovision-winning band, who sold over 15 million records worldwide, will perform at Epsom Playhouse on November 15 and you can expect to be on your feet rocking out to their iconic number one hits as they storm the stage in colourful outfits and crazy dance routines.

After last year’s sell-out tour Paradise Regained, the group jumped at the chance to do another this year.

Group member Cheryl Baker said: “They asked us if we would do another one this year and we said yes of course. I love what I do. We already have a tour agreed for next year, it’s what we do.”

The band is already working on a new album with legendary 80s producer Mike Stock, which they hope to release next year, and Cheryl is also working on her first ever solo album.

She said: “I am really loving it. It’s a dedication to Joni Mitchell, my guitarist and I are huge fans of her, and it should also be out next year.”

As for the upcoming tour, fans will be treated to everything they’ve come to expect over the years – including that iconic dance routine.

Cheryl said: “It’s a real nostalgic trip. We do all the number ones, we have a big screen showing old videos and of course we still rip our skirts off at the end!”
