Celebrity chef Jimmy Garcia is proving why he has been dubbed ‘the pop-up king’ by popping up once again in Clapham this summer.

The TV cook – who is already running his BBQ Club at a secret location in Clapham Old Town this summer - is bringing a 10-night Surf and Turf summer pop-up to The Lodge in Clapham Road throughout August.

The venture has seen Jimmy team up with Ranulph Lees and Alex Cox, both formerly of the Michelin-starred restaurants Nathan Outlaw and Merchant’s Tavern for a five-course feasting menu (£40) featuring the best of British, including a lobster and Cote de Boeuf main course.

As well as the food – including a Picnic Basket for the Beach dessert – the evening features beach-themed cocktails to share, 10 pint kegs for the table and buckets of beer.
