The St Margarets Singers hold a Valentine’s themed celebration of love and passion.

The choir, founded in 2012, will sing love songs from throughout the ages at their next concert - the day after Valentine’s Day.

The concert will be held at the Normansfield Theatre, where the group held their debut performance last year, and will raise money for the Down’s Syndrome Association.

The group’s first concert in the Normansfield Theatre, There is Sweet Music, was received with acclaim and they are looking forward to returning a year later with Music of the Heart.

With a broad repertoire ranging from Renaissance motets and madrigals to the latest choral compositions the St Margarets Singers put on two to three concerts a year in venues around the borough.

Their members are all experienced choral singers from south-west London and beyond and the group is enjoying a growing reputation as a chamber choir of distinction in Richmond.

Music of the Heart at the Normansfield Theatre, Langdon Park, Teddington; 7.30pm on Saturday, February 15; Tickets £12 and £10; call 0333 1212300 or visit langdondowncentre.org.uk.
