Youngsters can get their creative juices flowing at new classes starting at a Wimbledon cafe.

The Giraffe Café, on Wimbledon High Street, will be hosting a weekly Let’s Make It! club in association with hit TV show Mister Maker from April 18.

Running for six weeks, the two-hour arts and crafts sessions for pre-school youngsters will run from noon and include lunch, with the class taken by a specially-trained Mister Maker craft assistant.

Children can choose their own lunch from the menu, which includes breaded chicken fingers, nachos with Mexican salad and chicken, macaroni cheese or sausage, mash and beans as well as a fresh apple juice, lemonade or milk to drink.

Following lunch, the children will be guided step-by-step to make their very own masterpieces.

There will be a different make each week including a dragon collage for St George’s Day and a May Day inspired headdress.
