Jason Bourne is back and he is looking tougher than ever.
The first TV spot for the new movie in the Bourne series made an appearance in one of the highly sought after advertising slots during last night’s Super Bowl.
October 21, 2015: Hollywood star Matt Damon spotted filming in Croydon
The 30-second teaser shows Matt Damon’s popping up on the radar of US intelligence and he’s no longer suffering from amnesia. He had also clearly been in the gym, as a bare-chested bare-knuckle boxing glimpse shows.
For a long time nameless, the film appears to be called simply Jason Bourne and it sees Matt Damon reunite with the director of the Bourne Supremacy and the Bourne Ultimatum, Paul Greengrass.

Neither was involved in the subsequent Bourne Legacy, which starred Jeremy Renner.
Oscar-nominated Greengrass was born in Cheam and raised in Gravesend. The latter town’s cinema is named after him.
It is no surprise then that the director picked Croydon as one of the filming locations for his new movie, though you’ll be hard-pressed to spot it in this trailer.
Jason Bourne is out later this year.
