A young magician is hoping to put Surrey under his spell when he comes to town later this month.

Michael Jordan, 23, is touring his show High Jinx and is coming to Leatherhead Theatre.

The show consists of a mixture of illusion, magic and escapology, with Jordan aided by partner in crime Tamsyn Sear and the High Jinx dancers.

Jordan said: "We have filled the show with brand new illusions, crazy circus thrills and few surprises along the way. The Leatherhead audiences are always great and join in with all the fun of the show."

He represented the UK in both the European and World Magic Championships in 2011 and 2012, and was named the Magic Circle’s young magician of the year in 2009.

Tamsyn, 23, joined him three years ago in a bid to add an extra dimension to the show and is involved in every step of planning, and takes a lead role in choreography.
