2012 is London’s triumphant year! London has celebrated hosting the Olympics, the Diamond Jubilee and of course the bicentenary of Charles Dickens' birth.

To continue our celebrations, Simon Callow returns to the West End Stage in The Mystery of Charles Dickens written by award-winning novelist, biographer and poet Peter Ackroyd.

Fresh from his tour of Being Shakespeare in London and New York, we now see Callow enacting 49 of Dickens’ best loved characters in an exhilarating performance which echoes recitals Charles Dickens himself once gave.

Famed for his roles in Four Weddings and a Funeral, A Room with a View and Amadeus, the critically acclaimed actor Simon Callow makes a much-anticipated return to the West End stage in The Mystery of Charles Dickens at The Playhouse Theatre, Northumberland Avenue, London, WC2N 5DE.
