Award-winning master chocolatier Paul Young is showcasing a selection of unusual recipes for National Stilton Week.
The event, running from April 15 to 21, will see the likes of stilton, chocolate and cured bacon sandwiches as well as stilton and port truffles.
With shops in Soho, Islington and Bank, Paul Young has had major success with his original combination of stilton and chocolate recipes.
His first cookbook, 'Adventures with Chocolate', was included in the Independent's Top 50 cookbooks and won the World's Best Chocolate Book at the Gourmand Cookbook awards.
On explaining his love of the two ingredients, Paul Young said: "The blue mould of the cheese adds a really tangy finish which makes them extremely moreish. For me, dark chocolate and a really mature Stilton is a class combination of flavours."
