No council hearing cuts

I am writing in response to two letters published in the Feedback section of your newspaper about the closure of the Hard of Hearing Resources Centre in Morden.

Yes to Tube extension

Tube Extension? Yes, yes, it is much needed and will be a blessing to many commuters. Also, it will solve traffic congestion and pollution, so the quicker the better.

Our forces are worthy of respect

There is a lack of pride and policing when our great, deserving armed forces return home whether dead, wounded or alive. They have given their courage, pride and bravery for us and their country - and for what?

Extend the Underground

I think the Northern line should be extended - it would save a lot of people waiting ages for buses, especially in bad weather, and save so much time wasted when travelling.
